South Biscayne Bay, FL
From Card Sound south to Jewfish Creek, South Biscayne Bay is squeezed between Key Largo and the Everglades. The waters here darken as they are fed by the swamps to the north. These sounds still provide tacking room for sailboats but shallow progressively as the southern terminus is reached. All of Biscayne Bay is well protected and provides ample opportunities to anchor.
