Great Marina. Really good Wi-Fi on the dock, loaner golf carts for touring the island and probably some of the best dock hands I've run into during my time on the loop.

Great anchorage, You can anchor a long way up river, so lots of room for multiple boats. Found good depth around the bend 200 yards up the river. Used a stern anchor to keep us from swinging, and took our zodiacs a couple of miles up river, which was really nice. Local fishermen will pass you when you are at anchor. Depth was good with 7-9 feet the entire way up.

Great anchorage but be careful. Depth is good, we never saw less than 12 feet side to side. We had 5 boats in that night and room for more. Plenty wide, anchor off to the starboard side, and put out a stern anchor, local fishermen will blast by you several times in the evening and morning. Other than that, a nice quiet anchorage with plenty of depth, but use a trip line on your anchor, we had stuck anchors on 2 of our boats which we got free eventually, but were almost lost.

Probably not a great spot if you are over 40 feet in length. But especially if you are 36 feet or less it is a great anchor. We anchored up about 100 yards up from the boat ramp. In the morning we took our dinghies up to the end of the creek, highly recommend this trip. That night we had 4 boats in the creek, with room for more. We were comfortably able to turn around our 32 foot Nordic Tug on leaving.

Nice marina, friendly and helpful staff. Left our boat there for a few days while I returned home. Enterprise car rental is about 30 minutes away, nice courtesy vehicle available. Dining is 10 minutes away and a shuttle is available. Free pumpouts. Wifi was adequate. Cell coverage fro AT&T was good.

Bay is very good size, anchored with 2 30+ foot boats in this bay, more room in other adjacent bays. Entry is above lock and depth 10 feet plus entire route in. Anchored near DNR pier in 8-10 feet of water and excellent holding in mud and went ashore to view the visitor center which was very nice. One downside is that the DNR pier/Boathouse is lit up like an airport with BIG floods lights at night. Cell phone coverage was adequate for AT&T.

Entry depth hit 5 feet but deepened to 10-12 feet once you crossed the bar. plenty of room for 2 30+ foot boats, might have gotten tight for more than that. Right next to lock for an early start the next morning . Great cell coverage for AT&T. Took Dinghy ashore to walk on paved roads. Great overnight stop.

Don't cut the corner short when coming from the lock, gets shallow within 20 feet of shore. Anchored about 400 yards past the boat ramp in about 15 feet of water with 50 feet of chain and 30 feet of 3 strand line. Lots of swing room, no stern anchor, lots of fishermen running back and forth in the evening and early morning. 7 boats in the anchorage when we were there with lots of room for more.

Great location, just take the pedestrian bridge across the river and you are in the middle of downtown. No security issues, spent 3 nights here, dock crew was very helpful in showing us where to dock with pictures since we arrived after they had gone home. No water, power is GFCI protected. Just be ready for lots of ramp and stair climbs to get to downtown. Some wake action from passing barges and can be a bit loud since you are right in the middle of downtown. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Excellent marina, navigation alert is no longer valid, floating fountain head has been removed. But entrance is shallow, keep to the Red nuns in the entry challenge, that is the deepest part of the channel. I never got shallower than 5 feet with river 5 feet below reference pool level. Also, listing is incorrect, there is a laundry on site. Showers were great, staff was very helpful and Boat US discounts are available for dockage and fuel. Great Mexican restaurant right next store.

Excellent anchorage, very deep, 25-35 feet the entire length of the island and bank to bank. Totally protected from barge wakes. Arrived around 3 PM and only 2 other boats, later 6 other boats arrived and we ended up with around 10 boats with room to spare. Very little current, in fact, wind positioned you more than the current. Anchored with 50 feet of 5/8 chain and 60 feet of anchor line.
